Stratus was founded in 2007 for the purpose of working with retail, commercial, and industrial property owners to manage the wireless uses of those properties. Stratus makes the leasing process easier between the carriers and property owners by bringing pre-screened sites to the marketplace from ready, willing, and able property owners.  Stratus even has the ability to eliminate carrier capital expenditures by constructing and owning concealment applications, towers, and other antenna hosting features.
